Chengdu InternationalRailway Port is the first in China to implement the bonded operation forparallel-imported cars in the bonded logistics center (Type B). The Type Bbonded operation mainly includes import bonded distribution, LCL export, transit,cross-border e-commerce and bonded parallel-imported cars. The types of cargoinclude petroleum equipment, spare parts for generator sets, furniture, leathershoes, wines, milk powder, health care products, etc.
In2018, the bonded logistics center (Type B) started the import and exportbusiness, supervising 83,531.45 tons of freight transport, with an import andexport trade volume of USD 520 million, ranking first in Sichuan and seventh inChina.
